Calendar prices are the lowest fares users have found in the last 72 hours for the given route on each departure date. On dates without enough price samples, we estimate the fare by interpolating from dates for which we have good data, using a model that accounts for seasonality, day of the week, and other factors. Cheapest prices are determined by finding the lowest fare Priceline users have found for the requested route and date in the last 72 hours."
